LEGAL ENTITY MEMBERS OF THE TOURISM UNION

The legal entity members of the Tourism Union include associations, tour operators, travel agencies, hotel service providers and other individuals who accept the organization’s principles.

Tour Operator` is a legal entity that creates and directly, or through another tourism activity entity, or jointly with another tourism entity, sells or offers a tourism package, tour, or other separate tourism services, or transfers tourist data to another tourism activity entity.

Travel Agency` is a legal entity or individual entrepreneur that is not a tour operator and provides individual tourists or tourist groups with tourism-related consultation, or offers or sells tourism packages or separate tourism services created by a tour operator.

Hotel Service Provider` is a legal entity or individual entrepreneur who, through ownership, lease, gratuitous use, management rights, or another right provided by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, possesses, manages, and operates a hotel facility.

As of December 1, 2025, the Tourism Union has 6 legal entity members, including 3 tour operators, 2 travel agencies, and 1 hotel service provider.
